Hi, I’m Reid! I head up Systems Built, where we help businesses create time, reduce errors, and scale their profits with proven business systems.
I fell in love with SYSTEMology after spending 4 years implementing tech solutions in small companies. While tech is extremely powerful and can solve many real problems, I could feel that it wasn’t having the impact I wanted. My well planned and executed tech implementations were falling short because the resulting tools simply weren’t used as much as they should’ve been!
That’s when I realized a fundamental truth: technology can only shine once a foundation of systems is in place. Once the business already has consistent execution.
So, I dived into a period of learning as much as I could about how “the exerts” implement systems in businesses. While many can show you how to improve existing processes, not many talked about installing systems in the first place! That’s when I read SYSTEMology in 2023. It showed me the revolutionary, simple approach to installing systems and processes in a business. Needless to say, I was quickly won over! Here was a simple approach that didn’t rely on a sophisticated, established business, but could work where there were no systems already!
When I found the SYSTEMologist Certification program, I new I would be a good fit. My passion for systems and doing things right made me sign up on the spot.
Now, I’m implementing SYSTEMology for my clients and can finally see them achieve the consistent execution they need. They’re able to have more time, reduce errors, be more profitable, and scale their businesses.
Another benefit of my client’s being systemized? They are in a much better position to leverage the tech solutions I originally implemented! As you can imagine, this question is a difficult one to answer. All businesses are different—from the level of products and services offered to the size of the organization. That said, typically, a business can see the positive impacts from the systemization of its operations within as little as 90 days.
While it’s important for the business owner to begin the process, it is really the team that will carry this process through to completion. The SYSTEMology process was actually designed for your team. Accordingly, we recommend that businesses have a minimum of three staff members and get them all involved. This could include full-timers, part-timers, and/or contractors.
For larger teams, include your leadership team and department heads to drive this forward.
